The service
Chuply Echo uses AI to create songs, voiceovers and radio ads from what you type in. Results vary — that's why gift songs come in three versions to choose from.
Credits and payments
- You buy credits in advance through Yoco. Prices are shown in rand and include any applicable fees.
- Credits don't expire. They aren't transferable and can't be exchanged for cash.
- If a song, voiceover or ad fails to generate, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email support@chuply.com. Credits already used on a finished song or voiceover can't be refunded, but if something went wrong with a result, contact us and we'll make it right.
What you may not create
- Content that imitates real artists or uses someone else's song lyrics, melodies or trademarks.
- Anything hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or illegal, or voiceovers that impersonate a real person.
Our AI providers may also refuse requests that break their rules; when that happens, your credits are returned.
Who owns the result
You may use what you create for personal gifts and for your own business, including ads. You're responsible for how you use it. Generated audio may carry an inaudible AI watermark from our providers.
Accounts
Keep your login safe. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or try to get free credits unfairly.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past three months.
