Who we are

Chuply Echo (echo.chuply.com) is a Chuply service that makes personalised songs, voiceovers and radio ads. Questions: support@chuply.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• What you create: the names, stories, scripts and lyrics you type in, and the audio we produce for you.
• Payments: handled by Yoco. We see the amount and whether it succeeded — never your card number.
• Basic technical data: such as your browser type and pages visited, to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To create your songs and voiceovers. Your text is sent to our AI providers (Google, and Modal for the free engine) only to produce your audio.
• To run your account, credits and payments, and to send account emails such as confirmations and password resets.
• We don't sell your data and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing and gift links

A gift song is private until you choose a version and share its link. Anyone with that link can listen. Gift pages are hidden from search engines.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete songs and voiceovers in the app at any time. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email support@chuply.com and we'll do it within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Contact us at the address above.
